The TM-U220 is the odd one out — and the right one out. It’s an impact(dot-matrix) printer, not thermal, which is exactly why it belongs in the kitchen: impact print survives heat, steam and grease, and can print multi-part forms, where thermal paper would darken and go blank on a hot pass.
